Steady loss of connection, wrist Band resetting itself. Useless until Firmware upgrade. Last update Version 1.0.7. no fix.

Right now were having issues with syncing data from power watch to phone. This only started New Years Eve, once into 2016, the watch will not sync, let us know if there are issues with anyone else

This app is a joke! I was able to easily sync my watch with it the first day and thought it was going great until I started running into so many problems that I didnt even use it for more than 5 days. 1) The app does not remember my gait length but my watch does, so the steps get translated into km differently - the app one being the wrong one. 2) The app doesnt properly record the data transferred on the correct date. Whatever activity I do today gets recorded as being done on a different day but today. 3) The correct amount of steps gets recorded for a day only, the next day the numbers change. And Im not talking slightly. If I walked 19,000 steps it would change to barely over 2,000. 4) The sleep tracking is crap and doesnt work at all! This app is useless!!!!

add the Russian language please

Im trying with iPhone 5 (iOS 8.4) and Zeaplus Band (E06). Need improvement and better stability like MiFit (Xiaomi Miband). Need better bluetooth range and sms/whatsup notification (like MiBand Utility tweak). Please fix because a lot of time the smartband loose data info and I need to sync again. Even with last update the blutooth range is too short.

I have been trying for two hours to get the blue tooth to work and it hasnt worked at all. I really wanted it to but it hasnt. I have tried everything.

My wife got the related fitness tracker as a gift. I tried to connect it but total failure. What makes this app so bad is because the device costs $20-$30 and its no use without the supporting app. Big Fraud

Bracelet works but its not a touch screen like I thought and the only improvement I would like to see is it to correspond with the iPhone health app.

The app will not go past the "get connected" screen even after Im connected!!

It took about two or so hours to figure it all out. You need to be pretty tech savvy to get it all set up. It took installing the app and making an account to get stuck in the connect device screen. Uninstalled and signed in again and it finally connected. So if you are having problems with setting it up just try reinstalling it again. But otherwise everything runs functionally and the band works fine so far. Happy to finally have one at a good price and that my money wasnt wasted. We all are used to having things done easily. This just tends to be a little more complicated than most is all. I rated three stars though because it was just bad inductions and a minor issue with the set-up on the Bluetooth connection. Otherwise itd be given five stars.

Antilost disabled but my band always vibrating ...

The E06 sports band that utilizes this apps does not work. Sleep feature is non existent, tracks like 30 mins while the miband is tracks 7 hours, the step feature is all over the place compared to the miband. There a anti theft feature that is horrid and drains the battery that lasts 4 days at most. The anti theft feature goes on all the time even when my phone is right next to it. The sports band disconnects all the time and displays the wrong time until u manually sync it. Waste of time to download. Had to fight with TinyDeal to return this junk and had credit card company step in. Horrible experience.

Please put an option to make the band 24hr clock

Kicks me out of the app suddenly. The sleep tracker is not very accurate. Hoping for an update soon. Really hoping this will be a good alternative to the Fitbit. Well see...

Pretty basic fitness tracking. I wish I could connect it to myfitnesspal or other apps like my Fitbit did.

I got this band for the incoming call notification but after the latest update it appears to be missing from the settings screen. Please add it back!!
